Publish venues, fields, weekly slot templates, closures and booking rules. Coaches see a week grid — over-quota weeks grey out with the reason, approval-only fields say Request, a priority team can ask for a slot and the holder decides — and a claimed slot becomes a normal practice on the team calendar, with a watch that tells a coach when a slot frees up. Every team, from your league page
Paste your club's page on mnsoftball.com and every team on it is listed with what will happen: teams you already run sync silently, a name match is linked rather than duplicated, and the rest are created unclaimed — league roster and schedule included — for the real coach to claim. The club never signs in as a coach.
Know the other dugout
Every opponent on a synced schedule gets an unclaimed, unsearchable shadow team, so the scorer opens the tracker with their league lineup already entered and the coach has a scout card — record, class rank and APEX score from the league site, run differential, results by class, recent games and the league roster. Standings build from every result, and hand edits stay pinned across re-syncs.
League-site sync reads mnsoftball.com today; more league sites on request. Governing body and league names identify whose rules and schedules are used; GameXpert is independent and not affiliated with any of them.
